Are your jewellery items free from nickel and lead?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely! All the metals I use are nickel and lead-free, so they’re gentle on your skin and won’t cause irritation or discoloration. Most of my designs feature 925 sterling silver or tarnish-resistant silver-plated copper wire.

What is your returns policy?

Firstly, if you should have any issues with your order please contact me at your earliest convenience. We can then work together to find a suitable solution.

Most items can be returned, as long as they are in perfect, unused condition, within 14 days of receipt, for an exchange or refund. Please email me at koalakrafts@talktalk.net before doing so, so that I know to expect your return. Please also ensure that the item(s) is well packaged in the original packaging to prevent damage on its return.

The only exception to this is custom made or personalised items. These can only be returned if there is an error which has been made by myself.

How do I redeem a promotional/offer code?

When will my order be dispatched?

I aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. If there’s any delay, I’ll be sure to contact you and keep you updated.

Where do you ship to?

At present I ship to England, Ireland, Wales, Scotland and Isle of Man. If you live elsewhere or would like something shipped to another destination please contact me to discuss. I will always do my best to try to help.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated by weight and starts at £2 for 2nd class post.

All items are sent using Royal Mail.

You can pay at check out using Wix payments for Credit/Debit cards or PayPal.

Collections can be paid for using a credit/debit card with my Square card reader.

  - Slim frame: 5 1/4" - 5 1/2" wrist → 6" bracelet
  - Normal frame: 5 3/4" - 6" wrist → 6 1/2" bracelet
  - Curvy frame: 6 1/4" - 6 1/2" wrist → 7" bracelet

- **Average (5'5"-5'7")**:

How should I look after my jewellery?

To help your beautiful new jewellery look its best for as long as possible, I advise the following:-

* Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions and other chemicals.
* Remove your jewellery when showering, exercising, swimming etc.
* Remove jewellery before going to bed.
* Store your jewellery in a jewellery box when not being worn.
* Use a soft cloth to clean your jewellery.

Can I request a custom colour for an item?

Yes, absolutely! Just use the Contact Me form to let me know what you’re looking for, and I’ll do my best to help. Most items can be made in a variety of colours, and I have a huge selection of beads and crystals in stock. If I don’t have your preferred colour, I’ll try to source it for you. Any extra costs will be discussed and agreed upon before moving forward.

I would love a custom piece made for me. Is this possible?

When a custom piece is requested, I always work closely with the client, taking their ideas, likes and dislikes into account, to design the perfect piece for them. All costs etc. are discussed and agreed before proceeding at each stage of the process.

Question 13

What is the difference between earring wires and earring posts?

Earring wires are the ones that hook through your ear and have no back. Earring posts are the ones that have butterfly backs on them. In many cases they are available in a choice of silver plated or sterling silver (the style may be slightly different to the photos).
